The debtclock.ca numbers for Saskatchewan’s debt reflects “General Debt,” which is sometimes referred to as “Government Service Organization Debt.”
The figure we use on debtclock.ca includes the debt held by health regions, school boards and loans made to crown corporations by the government, but not loans taken out by the crown corporations themselves. It also does not include unfunded pension liabilities.
